Unite Indian Ocean & Middle East

Friday 1st March 2024

First introduced in 2009, this very quickly became the ‘must do’ event for UK and European-based tour operators & selected agents and Indian Ocean & Middle Eastern suppliers: tourist boards, hoteliers, representation companies, airlines, ground handlers and car hire companies.

Held in central London, this is the only, UK based, dedicated event for these regions allowing the key decision-makers to hold pre-scheduled, one-to-one meetings at the start of the busy contracting period

The 2024 event will take place on Friday 1st March and will take place at the QE II Centre, Westminster, London. Full details will be available in the coming months.

Previous Event Highlights

2023 Exhibitors

There were 142 delegates from 86 exhibiting companies representing over 300 hotels, tourist boards and ground handlers.

2023 Buyers

There were 120 UK based tour operators and selected, specialist agents with 100 separate diaries.

2023 Venue

The event took place at The QE II Centre, Westminster, London.

Costs

There is no cost for the ‘Buyers’ (tour operators) and an affordable cost to the ‘Exhibitors’ (suppliers).

Meetings

Meetings are made using an on-line platform in advance of the event directly between the ‘Buyer’ and ‘Exhibitor’ and vice versa. 1,566 pre-scheduled meetings took place.
